Great staff, great prices and plenty of parking. My only problem is with the online orders, for some reason they substitute dairy free items with items that are dairy, seeded bread with 50/50 which contain sugars i can not eat. The staff that do the picking for these orders need more training in regards to substitutes and with allergies!

There's not a lot that can be said that would influence a decision to shop at sainsburys. It has a good reputation, and generally is a great place to shop.
Personally I find the signage intensely irritating in that you have to get to an aisle to be able to read what is in it, which prevents a rapid shop if that's what you want.
Bearing in mind tesco does do this, I prefer to shop at tesco!
While it may be a marketing ploy - you have to go to every aisle and therefore might purchase things you didn't expect to, the consumer doesn't need to be subjected to such retrograde strategies. Treat us well, and we'll buy more.
