Good range of products and really handy when other shops are closed already. Only 4 stars instead of five as a lot of items are often out of stock which I understand for a small place, but can be quite irritating at times

Really rude security guard observed me with a pushchair and a toddler running around the shop, very rudely told me to put my shopping in a basket and not carry it around, to which I told him I can't carry a basket and push a pushchair, he then argued with me and told me I'm dropping food on the floor (I was carrying 3 items!). I was shaken by this, already stressed shopping and losing my child in places. Shocking behaviour.

Come here to do my weekly shopping as I am a uni student and it is my closest shop, usually it's fine minus the boosted prices. However, this time as I was packing my groceries into my bags, the security guard stood behind me cause I was using the basket area to pack my shopping as the place to scan items was full from well my shopping. He then stopped me from walking out as he stated that I had not payed for either bag even though I had a notification on my phone stating I had just spent over £30 on my shopping because i had decided to bot print my receipt. He then man-splained that the basket area was only for my basket and not for packing even though I was clear that there wasn't any room on the other side and blaintently stated that he didn't understand. He also looked confused when I told him to go back into the machine I used to see that I had brought everything in my bags. Once I began to leave because we were going round in circles he followed me to the door constantly questioning me in which I walked out of the door (which didn't set off the alarms) where I received no apology and instead was watched as I walked away.
If I had any other option that was closer I probably won't shop here again when he is on shift

A young girl who works behind the counter probably needs to work on being my polite to customers and knowing who to serve next, instead of serving people from the wrong side of the store and then when called out on it, be ready to apologise. Not just shrug and dismiss the comment.

Just wanted to say, the petite lady with the dark bob this morning who helped me when I split my coffee was amazing. Great customer service. I'd normally get really embarrassed but she was so calm and so nice about it, and wouldn't even let me help her clean it up. Thank you for turning an awkward situation into a understanding one, I left the store with a smile on my face!
