POOR SERVICE - You have a very bad, rude and unfriendly staff especially the cashier(lady), at the commercial road store Portsmouth. I won't be shopping at the store again. I bought 2 items then I wanted to return 1. Just 3days ago, I bought it with a stain on it because that was the last peice of my size then, was told I can't return. A very bad experience, never again ???, I wish there was something like 0star

Last Saturday there was a lovely lady that helped me, didn?t get to catch her name, she was wearing a head scarf and was one of the most polite shopping assistants I have come across.

The service I received in river on Tuesday in Southampton was above and beyond from Maria. I was very happy with the cargo pants I brought. She suggested other items also which was very helpful . Well done Maria and thank you ?

Very poor quality items, 3 items in a row, awful fit, fabric gathers in strange places, poppers that don't work. Avoid at all cost or at least keep your receipt or you'll end up fighting for a £7 refund on £40 of poor quality clothing.

Beautiful, classy-feeling shop and changing rooms. Gorgeous clothes at decent prices. Staff are lovely and friendly. Only issue was the girl at the till pulled the coat hanger through the neck of the top I was buying, potentially stretching it, so little bit of training needed there.

Ordered 6 suits for a wedding which somehow store lost and they can't just reorder I have to wait god knows how long for refund before I can then reorder ! System needs to change !
