I was served by Caen, she was very bubbly and accommodating. My son spilt his cup of milk on the floor it was no problem for Caen even though I felt very embarrassed she ensured me it's absolutely fine. Food was lovely, atmosphere was chilled will definitely be back. Great service!

Food is delish especially the arrabbiata rigatoni. I love tiramisu and this one was sooo good. Service by ionela was amazing. Shes friendly, kind and attentive.

Wheelchair accessibility: After parking at the nearest car park, you need to walk for 2-3 mins to Prezzo. The restaurant is on the 1st floor. There is a slow lift, which requires you to hold its button to operate it when you are in it. Step-free access and an accessible toilet are also available. The restaurant is spacious for large wheelchairs.

Food is good here, but quite expensive. The biscoff cheesecake (see picture) is £8. Service was perfunctory rather than attentive.
The atmosphere was spoiled by the noise, one group of customers were having loud Facetime conversations!
Noise also not helped by the hard floor & walls

It was once one of our preferred dining spots, frequented over the years, but the current prices are quite astonishing. A carbonara now costs £19, and the olives, which were previously delightful with garlic and herbs, have lost their charm. Regrettably, we find it difficult to justify returning at these rates, so we must gracefully avoid it.

You would think an Italian restaurant could cook Italian food but not this one. Soggiest pizza I?ve ever had. If it?s that bad on a Sunday night what?s it like when it?s busy!

I've eaten here before mid-week and it was fine. Saturday night was not a good experience. Restaurant was very busy and the staff couldn't cope with the volume. Food was brought to the table for different people at different times. Some people had finished their food when some hadn't even received their food. Long wait for a lasagne that eventually came out so burnt they tried to hide it with a load of parmesan on the top. We sent it back and the next one was fine (new one didn't have all the parmesan on top so it was obvious they used the parmesan to hide the burnt top on the previously one). The waitress didn't have the best attitude and we were charged for additional dishes we didn't order. On the plus side, some dishes were very nice and they managed our dietary requirements really well. I think they should not have accepted so many bookings when they clearly couldn't cope with the numbers.

Good service and atmosphere, food was alright, bit of a mixed bag, desert was very underwhelming for £8, nice pizza, garlic bread had a nice base, but quite small and not that much garlic on it. Not a great range of plant based options, zizzi's nearby does a better job of that also It was expensive.

absolutely lovely evening for my daughter's 16th birthday.
The service was amazing, with our main waitress absolutely lovely. And the fact we could order drinks and pay at the table separately as we were ordering was brilliant and really helped with controlling the bill for everyone. Considering there was 31 of us the food was out really organised and warm and everyone loved it.
Couldn't praise enough really and she had a really lovely evening with all her family and friends.

Worst customer service, had a booking for my family, lots of waitresses milling about, looked over at us but couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us, so we left, will not be returning and I suggest no one else bothers........absolutely shocking

Staff need happy pills and was working like they didn't want to be there.. food wasn't fantastic doughie pizza and over price for one's own experience of proper Italian restaurant's.
