I don't normally leave reviews, but really felt I needed to today. At lunchtime I chose a takeaway sandwich to purchase. However, as I went to pay I realised I did not have my bank card with me. The young lady who served me offered me a cinnamon wheel on the house. I felt this was way above and beyond my expectations and would very much like to thank the young lady concerned. Additionally, it was the best cinnamon wheel ever. Thank you so much for your kindness.

The staff?s service was abysmal, and their work ethic was non-existent. They appeared more concerned with serving customers as quickly as possible than with delivering a quality product.
For the love of all that?s holy, if you?re charging a premium for coffee, please serve it hot and stop diluting it with oat milk.

I have never ever taken their food due to a halal issue. As a delivery driver, I found them very cordially.

Food and coffees was nice but one of the staff was a bit rude when we asked for something and was rude about it but overall a good place to have a snack and a nice coffee

Service was appalling with staff not knowing who had ordered what and people who ordered after being given their drinks first. Food was average and coming to sit in a cafe and having takeaway cups just doesn't give a good atmosphere and make you feel like they want you to stay.

Who asks for a coffee to have inside in a takeaway cup ?
Not me, I asked for two inside cups, staff need to listen to the customers and do not do as they like, and question you ,when you tell them ,they got your order wrong.

What a shocking incident I have witnessed today. Food was average. Service from staff was amazing. I overheard some unpleasant comments left by who I assume to a manager to other staff members. This is not acceptable whatsoever in the hospitality industry. I have to commend the courageous staff for putting up with the nonsense of those in power!???
