What a fantastic day out! I haven't been to the Dockyard since I waved Nelson goodbye. Well anyway, its been a long time. Great visit. I chose to visit the Royal Navy Museum and HMS Warrior.The RN museum has a lot about admiral Nelson and lots about the RNs sailing ships. Plus some interesting stuff on the modern navy. Nice place with obvious history on hand both with past and current eventslots of walking meant around walked 4 miles on just one exhibit (great for getting your steps in) and the dockyard tour on the boat/ferry is very nice and informative and saw some ships hadn’t seen before.As with most places these days though the... read full comment
