Went for my daughter?s birthday last month, couldn?t have been more than 10 people in. We told the waitress we?d rather order at the table than use the app, waited for 20 minutes for her to return and she didn?t so we left. The place was so empty! She didn?t come back out the kitchen once.

My experience at Pizza Hut was absolutely awful. The service was a disaster ? we couldn?t even place our order properly because , we had to order through our phone, which also didn?t work properly. What happpend to good old human communication On top of that, we had to queue for about 20 minutes just to get a single slice of pizza from the buffet! When we finally got it, the pizza was cold, stale, and no choice available the restaurant had clearly cramed to many people in for what they could cope with .To make things worse, the restaurant was filthy. There were dirty tables everywhere, trash on the floors, and no one seemed to care about cleaning up.if I saw 1 person trip over the dust pan and brush placed stroon over the floor next to the food counter? I must have seen 10 ppl yet still it remained clearly unused . Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money.if I had not have had my children with me then I would have left before ordering I won?t be going back.
Vegetarian options: Wouldn't really call it veggie as very limited choice on the buffet and not separate
Kid-friendliness: Pizza hut used to be a family resturant but ha e to be very carefull as there is so much dirt on the floor it creates slips and trip risks
Wheelchair accessibility: Would be very hard to navigate a wheelchair around this restaurant due to the poor design of the salad and buffet table also due to there being so many tables cramed in .

I have to say I was really disappointed with the buffet. I am normally a fan of the pizza hut buffet. It's normally very good value and a great way of trying all the different varieties, so I know what to order next time. Sadly this time there was a very poor selection. The restaurant wasn't busy, but there was one large table of 10. Every time interesting new pizzas arrived at the buffet, the large party had a piece each and there was then only Margherita or the bread remaining. In the end myself and a few others stood and waited at the counter for about 15 minutes to ensure actually getting some pizza. Sadly only 1 pepperoni pizza arrived and nothing else. I ended up eating mainly from the salad bar, as I only had an hour and had to leave hungry for the first time.

Took my daughter and friends for her birthday have been here many times before
And has always been good the food is tasty and hot the only complaint was things wasn?t topped up fast enough we were waiting but all in all good

Staying in premier inn, and decided to have pizza . We went in to the restaurant at 6.45pm, it's was quiet there were about 10 tables, maybe less . We asked if we could get a table for 3 . We were told first told there were no more booking, and the kitchen was too busy. We were then told that we could that
we could come back in a hour. ...I really don't understand, customer service was not great, the first person I saw when I came in the restaurant was on her phone, so not really that busy. We visit the area regularly, and this is one place I will never try and eat ever again.

Table service was terrible, the manager is rushed off his feet as the rest of the staff have no clue how to serve and the food wasn't impressive it was dry not juicy and flavorful , won't be returning that's for sure

One of the worst examples of customer service I?ve ever seen. 6/10/24. Absolutely shocking All staff clearly wanted to go home and not be there. The manager actually became confrontational and refused an order at the end of the meal. An hour before closing. This was an example of how not to manage a restaurant. Food was good to give this kitchen credit but the service was awful.

Everything seemed to work very well from the staff, food, cleanliness and overall layout of the restaurant. If only there was more then one restaurant in Portsmouth Hampshire.
