I collected pizza I was a regular customer when I took pizza back to home there was a hair inside the dough of pizza I called back to the restaurant and he told me that it?s not possible and advised me to bring back pizza to restaurant and told me that he will make another pizza and see is there any hair inside such a lame excuse I will never recommend this pizza shop to anyone so don?t waste your money

Best Pizza in Portsmouth. I order with my partner, and the care package special deal offers amazing value for those looking for great pizza, CHICKEN WINGS and economy. Highly recommend the FLAMING WINGS they have on offer. Any pizza always turns out great, on the rare occasion a pizza doesn't come to standard, a polite phone call will see to adequate compensation. Previously this has been in the form of a free additional pizza on the next order! Go-to pizza joint with very fast delivery, obviously varying with the order time (only a phone call away to tell when your food will come), clearly an establishment that values respectful customers, and reflects that through their service. Friendly and kind staff / delivery drivers when you give them the time of day, very easy to build relationships with (SHOUTOUT TO TONY ??) and ALWAYS keen on great service. Somehow despite so many negative reviews?? My advice on ordering is to browse the special deals for a bargain, get flaming wings as a side dish and to always leave a custom order comment. It is always appreciated to receive a positive comment upon placing an order as a business, and that is reflected through their service and food quality! LOVE pizza gogo, specifically the Portsmouth joint. Best pizza, best wings!! ??

Absolutely shocking the way this place is run, it needs investigation by the chain manager who owns these franchises, I walked in (first time I visited) kept me waiting , decided to walk out, they didn't even try and apologise, so went back in Purley because it's only place open, waited 40 mins for 2 pizzas , wasn't even that busy, staff barely acknowledge your their, customer service is shocking, very slow at making and cooking , supposed to be fast food. Pizza was average and ok but these guys are gonna run that business into the ground , will not be going their again not even for a drink , disgustingly operated

Worst experience of my life ever ,guys don?t waste your money and time their. He took 40 minutes to prepare my order and after i just asked for extra sauce and he said it will charge £3 for each and Chinese guy there he?s ridiculous behaviour and very rude service. Never gonna visit again .

I ordered pizza yesterday. The delivery man said he was near my address . I went outside of the building to recieve my pizza . He came after 10 mins .It was cold outside I was waiting and that delivery man was extremely unprofessional.He could have just called me after he reached the destination.

Tried to take more money from us saying it cost £36 for a medium pizza ? as if we was stupid when I specifically said I?ve ordered from you guys before and then changed it to £25??? After I looked online there was an offer for 2 pizza and one wedges and garlic bread. When I called the ? said it?s just for show then I said wdym I?ve seen it on ur website he then goes oh just do it next time. I highly recommend do not use this place and I will for sure be coming in to talk to someone who tried to think we was stupid £36 for a medium sized pizza. Another time I went to pay with card they said we only accept cash they keep changing rules more time to avoid tax I think HMRC should look into this trying to steal money from customers what a joke.
