They just don't care. Couldn't fix my name typo, never had the jacuzzi or sauna working and when I aked about cancelling I was told to call later. Then, their advice was to cancel my debit and now I am being chased for not paying. Paying for what? Poor service, ignorance and not having access to facilities? Thanks a lot!... read full comment

Very positive experience today. Steve was very patient and understanding during my PJFT. Generally, the staff were very helpful.
