Good afternoon
I have just gone to your coshan branch to pick up a parcel and also to exchange a jogging suit that I had bought me as a gift for Xmas as it was two different color blacks
The sales assistant was very rude and told me that they will not do anything without a receipt even though they are different colors I told. Her that I had never heard of this and it was a gift , her and another be me of your staff there both looked at each other and smirked as I walked away I am furious over the way I have been treated as if I am a common thief

A lovely shop. It's spacious and well stocked. The quality of clothes is good and the prices are ok. The staff is usually kind and helpful.

Love it in New Look so many different designs in there these days. Love Blue Vanilla and Apricot, they are a Breath of fresh air. Lovely staff and everything put out well so you can get around ok with a pushchair. Wouldn't change a thing and I will definitely be back.
