An amazing team at this branch even through lockdown the ladies in their are polite , friendly and extremely helpful, yes you sometimes have to wait, but thats for the safety of all, can not thank them enough for the highest standard of customer service.

It's amazing how long customers can wait in a queue without complaint! Having entered the bank to find a long queue of people I waited patiently too. With just two women on tills working to deal with complicated problems that took over 15 minutes with just two customers I worked out this was going to take forever. I noticed that of the two inside cash machines, only one was working so even a quick cash withdrawal was taking a long time with a short queue for the working machine. The staff member who was walking around was told several times about the broken machine but nothing was sorted. She did eventually start to work a long the line of customers. Clearly we were not a priority. When I was approached by the member of staff she did deal with me effectively but not with the question I asked, "do you consider this good customer service?" Her reply was a weak one, "unfortunately we aren't able to open another till" . That was obvious. No wonder staff are loosing their jobs, what few there are, in branches now, as customers are being forced online. This is ok for cash deposits and withdrawals but sometime complex issues, where often paperwork needs to be shown cannot be resolved without face to face contact. I eventually left the bank after approximately 25 miniutes, due to the staff intervention . This would have been considerably longer for what was really a quick transaction.
