Left my abuser and went to this Nationwide THREE separate times to make sure my old address was removed from every account. Failed to check my credit card all three times. My abuser was able to read my credit statements to find out my location AND they kept resealing my letters and returning to sender. As a result of their incompetence my accounts got closed and I had to go in person to get them reopened. This is a massive, massive safeguarding problem and I hope you do better to protect your customers.

Oppening time Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16:30 is a joke. If you are a working person, no chance to find any branch open arround Portsmouth

Brilliant,Brilliant, Brilliant.The way a bank / building society should be. Been with them for years with mortgage, current accounts and savings, and have never had a problem with them. Wouldn't go anywhere else for banking needs.
