2nd time I have used McDonald?s recently and they have made mistakes with the order. Did not notice until I was home this time unfortunately. Staff were extremely unhelpful. I had to drive back to McDonald in rush hour to claim my refund. I will not be using McDonald?s Fratton again!

The majority of the time, the staff are not giving the weekly toys in the Happy Meal. For example this month of November when buying the Happy Meal on a weekly basis, we are receiving only the Grinch carton cards, we are eating in, so we all see the kids with the same old carton cards; all the other toys are not ?available? acc. to the staff. I doubt for 1 month in a row, this shop has only 1 type of toy out of at least 6-7 displayed; disappointing for the kids especially that they wish to receive and play with these toys, instead they look at the display.

They forget something almost every time we order, it?s cold or just slightly undercooked and the burgers come like someone punched them before serving them to us. Every other McDonald?s is normal this one just sucks

Coffee has changed! Tastes horrible and cheap and watery!
I always get a McDonalds coffee because I think it is the best however this particular McDonalds seems to have recently changed its coffee. It?s watery (when a latte should be milky) very strong, and bitter. Now it just tastes like cheap coffee.
At first I thought the milk in the machine needs replacing but when they gave me replacement the second time it was exactly the same they said oh no that?s how it is now we have new coffee machines.
On top of that the hot chocolate is not nice either. It use to be lovely and milky and again now it is watery and barely tastes like chocolate. I handed one back thinking they needed to just refill the milk in the machine and it the replacement came back exactly the same. Horrible!
And my last point which I think is very important is that when I had got my coffee a few weeks ago (drive-thru) the lid was not placed on properly and HOT coffee poured all over me and onto my lap. Ruining my clothes for that day!
When I went the next time again the lid was not on properly on the hot chocolate! Luckily I checked it before I gave it to my son because it was so watery it was piping hot you would not have been able to drink it for a while. If I did not check this first my son would have poured scolding hot water all over himself and been burnt!! This is a health and safety issue! Can your staff please make sure they check the lids are on properly before giving them to people and ruining there clothes/day and potentially causing burns!
Won?t be getting my coffee or hot drinks from this McDonalds anymore.

Visited today with my 6 year old daughter and she accidentaly knocked her juice over spilling it all iver the table and floor. Staff was very helpfull and understanding and even gave her new bottle of juice. We were very greatfull! Never had any problems in this restaurant despite it being very busy. All staff is really nice and professional ?

MacDonald's is no longer a fast food service. I ordered breakfast on the app and joined the queue for the drive-through. By the time I reached the kiosk (45 minutes later), I was told I could not have my order as it was 11.10am. Yet I was stuck in the queue and was told, sorry you've just wasted 45 minutes of your life for nothing. Absolute joke of a place, and the manager didn't care less either. If I went to a restaurant, I wouldn't be told I can't have the food I ordered, yet MacDonald's can treat their paying customers like dirt and just say, oh well, not my problem.
