So I ordered from McDonald and staff that helped me was very nice and respectful but when I left I took some fries form bag to eat and I didn?t see snd there was hair in my fries and don?t say to me that they wear hats bc they don?t then I called them and they immediately hanged up and I kept calling and they said they?ll report me to police I?m not even prank calling I got the receipt and everything and picture of hair it looks like wet hair mught been wet or bc it was in my mouth not sure but this isn?t first time I?ve had this happen 3x but this was worse like way worse I messaged McDonald customer service jsut waiting for email back about them

Terrible place to order from, chips and burgers were absolutely stone cold, my Chicken Mcspicy was freezing and the chicken was as if it had been reheated and was rock hard, cheese melts were the texture of rubber tyres. Absolutely appalling and disgusting.. It has made me and my partner feel absolutely sick. My parents burger looks like it had fallen on the floor and slapped back together again. Coke cola drinks aren't even coke, no fizz on it at all, its just like flavoured water. Asked for a refund and only getting £7 back from a £33 order. Disgusting! Its almost as if its a bunch of children running the show. P.s. who puts a plastic fork in a mcflurry?

I have just received the worst takeaway I think I'll ever receive. Every item was stone cold, my big mac patty was broken to bits and looks like it got put back together by a six year old, double cheeseburger was like plastic with no sauce/toppings. Absolutely awful and don't understand how or why your even allowed to serve that to the general public the employee's should be embarrassed.

We only had drinks. I used the ladies bathroom no soap reported to staff and still not replenished when I left. Doors to bathroom and outer doors dirty. Tables not wiped other customer asked for hers to be cleaned and ended up using baby wipes.

took 20 minutes to get food and just waited in the drive through. the member of staff was unhelpful and useless

Me and my work colleagues come to this branch three times a week for lunch today we turned up as normal ordered our food separately then went to counter to pick up our food was faced with the manager Jamie accusing my colleague of stealing food once was presented with the receipt he then proceeded to justify his actions without apology we all are very disappointed with the manager would not recommend anybody to go to this branch on his watch

Absolutely filthy Inside, was a risk but, we survived just...most of the food was luke warm...must be nice to have a job abd be employed and well run that place.

I went at lunchtime, which was unsurprisingly busy.
The touch screens worked, but were unable to print order numbers.
The staff worked hard, were patient and cannot be faulted.

Didn't enjoy my visit here. Self service machine had no paper to print receipt. Service was slow. Toilets weren't particularly clean.
