Ordered our food on the App and waited patiently in click and serve Bay. After 25minuts the App said the order was collected. We waited another 10 minutes before I went inside to find out where our order was. It wasn't even prepared yet. Stood there another 10 minutes watching our chips getting cold while a flustered guy was apologising to other customers for missing food in their orders. When he finally got the chance to prepare our drinks he gave me medium instead of large. I politely asked and he swapped them over. By the time I got back in the car we have spent 45-50 minutes in the car park. The food was cold. Not really fast food. They were all rushing around, making mistakes and obviously taking on too many delivery orders.

41 minute wait for 3meals. Dined in, wished we hadn't bothered. Restaurant dirty, bins overflowing as previous visit. Food was virtually cold. No fork available for side salad. Ordered sauces unavailable. Full of upset customers, several already asked for refund as over 30miutes waited. Toilets disgusting.
Do not recommend at all. We will not visit this store again, let down previously here but this was beyond a joke.
Parking: Tiny carpark, overly full. Drive through blocked way round to exit.
Kid-friendliness: Several tables of teens swearing. Jokes made about their food infected with HIV, management unavailable, staff uninterested.

Absolutely filthy in there. I was there Sunday morning at 9am you would have thought it would be clean being so early but no. Floors were stinking. Walls. Food lying around. Bathroom walls stinking. Won?t be back

Honestly not the worst McDonalds i?ve been to. They have messed up a few times but it?s negligible compared to the amount of times i?ve been there and they?ve gotten everything correct. Nice work force, and almost always clean.

Ordered a double big Mac. Got home the burger is an absolute mess and missing a burger patty. Seems every time I order here something is wrong. I checked all the items were present before I left as have had missing items previously. Seems now I have to unwrap items to make sure they are made properly?!?! Geez it's really not hard

Yummy food, we asked about doing the competition for winning the soft toy and jigsaw and they'd said we have to enter the competition so that was only £1 for a strip, we had a nice time and the deal was very good offer which was £3 for three items nuggets and two cheeseburgers, would definitely reccomend, was very near the highstreet so good location

There is mostly parking available and drive in keeps it busier to deliver to customers sitting inside...try drive in or order on app for pick..they r time bound...person sitting inside has least priority

Very poor service and a lot of menu not available
Parking: Only 2 disabled bays usually occupied by delivery drivers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very well thought out disabled bays opposite building with drive through between .
