One of the worst estate agents I have ever encountered. I was given an appointment to view a property, but a day before, I received a message stating that it's sold. Despite that, I received another call seven days later, claiming the same property is back on the market and scheduling a second appointment. I requested an early appointment, but they couldn't accommodate due to the landlord's unavailability, forcing me to reschedule other commitments, including childcare. To my dismay, I received a call on the same day of the viewing, informing me that the property is now sold. Beware of this estate agent if you're selling your house; their professionalism is questionable.

If you are a landlord I advice not to waist time with them! It?s being a nightmare for me! They make you feel like you have lost your property and they are the owner, there is no decision you can take without them to authorize otherwise they start ignore you, you don?t get response to emails and calls at all!! The only person I can rely on is Joshua, professional and always ready to talk. Very disappointed about Jay, the manager.

1. I have kids and in their rooms are mould growing. My kids are getting really sick from it. I tried everything to get rid of the mould but it always comes back.2. Every time we report anything, we never get a response back.3. No one listens to us. Please do not come here
