To whom this may concern,Today we visited your store for my son who has had problematic skin since I can remember, and your new staff member Sharralee spent time with me advising on the best products (and asking the store manager just to make sure, who by the way, is also fantastic and I think he's amazing!), but not only was her customer service fantastic but also her interaction with my son. She made sure he felt welcome, showed him various things in the shop and included him. He's only 3 and isn't often seen and I couldn't genuinely say enough praise for her.I think it's really important to recognise outstanding customer service and I truly couldn't have asked for anything more. Sharralee walked me around the shop, suggested products, we looked over the ingredient list together & worked to find the best products for the best results for my son. Thank you!To your store manager, who's name I didn't get - thank you to you also. I had a wonderful time in-store with Portsmouth's Lush crew. I walked in requesting my tried and trusted Glory conditioner, and upon learning that I am a Lush haircare fan, the staff and I started trading our best hints and tips for our hair types. They were also thrilled to introduce me to a new shampoo product called Tofu (I just used it for the first time - I'm interested to see how it holds up against my faves!), and the tempting tables of bath delights. I bought myself a Sleepy bubble bar, perfectly shaped like a cloud. The bubble bars are my favourite because they make the bath SO bubbly, and if you top up the water the bubbles grow even more! The friendly manager also had some skincare recommendations for that day, and made me a sample of Golden Egg shower gel to take away too. I loved the opportunity to browse the store and chat with the staff about their personal favourites and their recommendations for me, not to mention they are so bright and welcoming and friendly. I had a really nice time with the Portsmouth crew, and I'll be letting them know how Tofu works out!

My experience at the Commercial Road, Portsmouth, was just unbelievable. Lillie and her team were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging! Lillie gave me a free hand massage, which was so exquisite it made me want to cry! Instant release of tensions I did not know I was carrying. I told Lillie that I have a form of blood cancer and therefore bruise easily and my hands were in fact, very bruised! She still wanted to offer me the hand massage, suggesting using arnica to help with the bruises, and would be gentle! And she was! But what her massage did for me was amazing! The release of tension was overwhelming. I have had lots of massages but Lillie was amazing!Amazing cannot recommend her highly enough!

I was served by Lillie, who made the whole experience simply wonderful. Asked what I was after, scents I liked, what I didn't like. And was all round lovely nothing was too much and she walked me through everything when it came to the best way to use the products I brought, best ways to store the products.Just a all round lovely member of staff who made the whole experience extremely enjoyable.

This is my absolute favourite Lush because the staff are so lovely and make the experience a great one!!I came in here today and was helped by Raven, they were absolutely amazing, they had a really good product knowledge and showed me the Sticky Dates scrub and lotion which I couldn?t resist after their demo. Even though I?ve been a Lush fan for years I?ve never actually tried any of that range and Raven has completely sold me on it, really friendly and beyond helpful!!I also shopped in here a few weeks ago and was helped by Sharvaree when looking for a new conditioner. She was also really knowledgable and warm and she went out of her way to go through each of the conditioners (I ended up settling on American Cream) but gave me a sample of Happy Happy Joy Joy to try out as well. Again another really amazing member of staff!!This is my favourite Lush to shop in as I said before, the staff make the experience as they are beyond awesome and the customer service is brilliant, the attention to crafting a unique experience for everyone is second to none. It makes me feel especially comfortable as I have autism and sometimes feel uncomfortable shopping, so this set me right at ease. Thank you

Sharvaree served me today. She was amazing and lovely to talk to. She helped me understand the different products that they had in the shop. She told me about what to do with different bath products and what some of the ingredients did. It was great to talk to someone who is so knowledgeable about their products. Great experience today.

I just want to say thank you so much to Oscar he was wonderful helped me and my mum with everything we wanted and was very polite and patient as my mum is a difficult customer he was great made our experience so much better and we had a great time he had great knowledge of what he was selling us and gave us a detailed description of what it was and what it does and we came out of the shop very happy with what we have brought we will be going back again such lovely customers Service thank you so much Oscar for your help today, and for putting up with my mum xx
