I'v used this branch for 40yrs with no problems. The staff were as family, on first name basis. However over this last year service has slipped down. Some staff are helpful, some seem not to care !!! regarding helping with advice They will give you phone numbers, but shy away from actual constructive advice, blaming it on A-l. If you're a little insistent about getting advice, they can be slightly aggressive. This was my upsetting experience on....
18-6-24. Some people have forgotten how to speak to other human-beings face to face.
l will now use another branch.

Staff are lovely, but you can?t seem to pay a bill at the counter with your own card, want cash only.

Paid 2 bills in cash over the counter in cosham branch ,but they were never received by the companies that they were for .Even though I have a receipt.This meant I had fees added to my accounts for late payments and also one account was blocked .I reported this 2 weeks ago and I?m still awaiting a reply .Tried phoning branch over 30 times and it?s not answering.
