Got a Loyds card and the staff are helpful although it did take longer than expected for just the card then another 3 or more days for the PIN and a few weeks to even get an appointment with them but your money is well safe at Loyds.

Some of the worst service (worst then a government bank service) I experience at this branch today. I also did feel that the rep profiled me and decided to behave the way she did.(Of course this review is not for everyone who works there just the one who I interacted with today)

Racist staff and unhelpful expect for a couple of people working there. Ended up using the branch in London Road but after they closed that branch I just closed my account and opened one with barclays and it's way easier and better

I was opening account for my 13 year old .All staff very helpfull,quick appointment to open account.Luke H ,he was amazing,helpfull.He explain everything with details how this account working and help with online banking.My son was very exited to his first account.Thank you Luke H. and Lloyds .
