Disgusting service extremely rude person serving. today I was waiting in the queue then get told by the person who should
Of served me he is closing the till bearing in mind I only had 1 item . so I go to another till then as soon as this young woman who he probably fancied started to go to the till he serves her whilst turning round and smirking at me as he could see how annoyed I was. Contacted customer service and got told the usual we will pass your issue onto the area manager basically they won?t be dealing with my issue raised.

Some of the cash self checkouts are often out of order or card only. Often ques at the self checkouts, but they move quite quickly. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Generally quick to clean spillages/breakages.

Interesting to see I am not the first person to be subjected to Ruby's very poor attitude over nuts! I ate a few loose cashew nuts on the way around, maybe 5 at most, and bearing in mind I spend around £300 a month in store and cannot trust myself with a bag of them or I will eat them all, do not class this as crime of the century, particularly when I spent £5 on washing powder which I forgot to take one Sunday just before closing recently only to find on my return Monday morning it hadn't been put aside so I had to buy another one. Well for Ruby this was crime of the century it seems. She stormed past me declaring very loudly to others into her headset how much she hates it when people eat food and don't pay for it, then when I was at the checkout about to pay she got a colleague to bag up a bag of nuts and put them on the conveyor telling me I had to pay for them, Ruby then appeared at the checkout and in front of the other customers started berating me on how I was affecting their profit margins etc, I was so mortified I left the shopping and walked out neve to return. I really don't know why she works in a public facing role she really doesn't have the skill set, there are more professional ways of dealing with petty nut snafflling as this has cost the company the profits on my 300 a month spend compared to what I imagine is around 10p in nuts, just nuts really!
