So, picture the scene I've it's 0 degrees outside, I've been riding the bike for 2 hours on the motorway and need some food and to warm up.
It's 10pm the sign on the door says open to 11pm. Perfect. I order food and a hot drink, to then be told the restaurant is closed and I can't stay inside to warm up. I tried to explain the situation and had I known that I wouldn't have come I would have gone to maccies where I could warm up. Every time I go to this KFC it's consistently bad service. Decided to throw my hot drink as I can't exactly carry it on a motorbike. Just have some compassion and do better. Good service shouldn't be hard.

Ordered a bucket meal with beans. It's only when I got back that I noticed that the beans were made at 10.17, sell by 14.17, and I bought them at 15.43. There was a thick skin on top, and every attempt to contact KFC via online chat/email/phone was unsuccessful. How can a company such as KFC have such a poor understanding of HACCP regulations?
I have emailed a copy of my receipt, and sell by info on top of the food I received, but am yet to receive a response.
If they are willing to keep beans past the sell by time (which has a label), god only knows whether the chicken is safe to consume.

Food not hot, chips were cold. However KFC is always tasty.
Parking: Other retail units and football stadium nearby.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty good, however toilets not particularly disabled friendly.

As you?d expect from a KFC drive-thru. Service is relatively quick compared to other KFCs and the food is pretty consistent.

One of the better KFCs. Staff were good, good food and served the food really quick. Does not personally bother me but I was eating in yet my food was not on a tray.

The drive through often gets orders wrong, and they show no care. Always check your order before setting off.

Had a great experience at KFC! The chicken and chips were delicious, and Monichan was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Quick service and tasty food ? highly recommend!

Great to have a drive through after a 12 hour shift to be told you have to wait 20 minutes for your food, although it's great to see delivery drivers getting loaded up and leaving whilst I still wait, mcdonalds for me from now on
