Sometimes we hit our targets on a fantastic friday and will grab a KFC for the pen pushing monkeys! the decor is very nice and staff are very helpful and provide fast service. Only thing I have a issue with is the fact some special items are not on the touchscreen pads (chicken christmas stacker burger). I recommend to all my friends and family to visit here.
Dietary restrictions: I'd recommend speaking with the staff here about any dietary issues and I'm sure they'll be very happy to help.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely accessible by any wheelchair user

This review Is for the lovely gentleman who cleans the tables, this was Saturday 30th.
Really polite and chatty, holds the door open for you, asks how ur day been, what a lovely man, cleaning soon as someone leaves. 10* for him, makes u wanna go back. Sorry don't know his name i think his new as first time i seen him there.

The delivery people had all their bags on the floor in front of the counter area plus the drivers themselves were just standing around there. This was blocking the counter area and made ut an uninviting place to be as well as very difficult to order. Staff did care and were too busy chatting amongst themselves. I had to ask if anyone was serving!!!

Everytime I get food from here there is either something missing or the chicken is slimy and undercooked, when I've tried to ring up it just rings and rings then goes dead so can't even get anyone on the phone.

Food was all lovely as always. HOWEVER, the quality of the bags you use are absolutely abysmal. Upon walking home, the bag with the drinks in ripped in my hand and went everywhere. I was not amused after spending 40 pounds on a food order and I am quite frankly baffled you do not stock bags which fit there purpose of carrying things and actually have handles. Not good enough at all!!

Possibly the worst KFC I've had in years. Tasteless chicken pieces, awful chips and the burger was dryer than Gandhi's flip flop!!
The only plus was the service which was OK.
