10/10 experience, they have reasonable pricing on all the products, match the prices to prices in the area, the staff are really helpful when you need it, pleanty of products to choose from and you will 100% find what you need here. The staff are such a useful bunch they help look for products you require- and products which arnt in store they can ship to your address in store! Really helpful staff and great layout of the store! 10/10

I will never buy from this shop and I don't order anymore online...Them are RUDE with disabled customer. Also no lack of respect and disgusting. Them make my day to be more pain and more worst.

I went to the JD sports for buy my little boy new shoes and the one of stuff name Matt he was doing some work nearby. He very kind come and asks me if I want any help at all. He very friendly and helpful

Great selection of a huge variety of brands. Very slow to replenish stock of shoe sizes in a three week period both instore and online. No stock of size 12+ in Yeezy and New Balance. Would have spent over 500 pounds if they had stock.

they left me stood there for more than 20minutes for apparently a shoes that they didn?t have in the size that I required
The persons who served me act like he was not concerned about the situation.
They completely ignored me.

Asked a girl called Natasha if they had something in another size, she didnt even look at what I was holding and said no with those all we have is out there. And her attitude towards another staff member was just awful.
Then got served by a lovely gentleman called Bodacious, when I asked him he said I will check for you and they happened to have the size I was after.

The customer service was alright but there was this naive Caucasian female probably the supervisor who kept stalking me outside the shop for no reason. She quickly went away when she realized I had taken notice of her. I don't know if that's part of JD policy but it's weird and illegal.

On 29/05/24 had a worst experience from the till attender. A girl with grey hoodie , her harsh behaviour towards us made a worst experience. She was shouting and jumping towards us. I came for returning an adidas hoodie in return I purchased a reebok shoe. Both of them are same price. She keeps asking me am I paying by cash or card. I told her the shoe and returned hoodie are same price. But she keep shouting at me. I don?t like her attitude. But the other male attender came and helped me. This was one of my worst experience. I pretty much said if she keep continue like this she will make you loose some JD customers. ????????

very bad, i am going to give a star, though, intended no star. i was waiting to be served and told to step aside until i get a receipt out. when i had it out the person at the till served other people and made me wait longer than necessary during my lunch break. they didn't call another associate to help out at the till.
wouldn't recommend anyone to go there as they are mostly kids working who don't know professionalism. just order online as someone said in the previous reviews.

Went looking for the new England away top all over Portsmouth. This was the only shop to have it. Tried it on and bought it everyone was very friendly.
