As a mum, with a double buggy the layout was not great at all. Didn't know where the que was and trying to move around the pick workers that do the picking for deliveries, wasn't fun either. All and all could do with a whole new layout of the store to be honest and make enough room for clear and easy to access qeues, honestly you get 1 star because this inconvenience was so bad by the time I got to the qeue I opted to just leave the items there and go elsewhere you see Iceland is a franchise and therefore what you get at one Iceland you can get at another or the other 3 or so major competitors, so a bad layout, annoyed staff for something that isn't your fault and a confusing queues that you end up just saying screw it by the end and go some where else. You need to hire some one to re organise the store for efficiency and ease of use.

Kind lady at checkout, but very long wait to pay. Not worth it when shops nearby have self checkout.

Decent varied items, Some fairly decent prices. Usually only one open checkout counter, so prepare to join a short queue to pay.

Disappointed is some products out of stock due to the influx of students arriving, but it was easy to elget around and the staff were great.
