I'm registered partially sighted with a fuzzy central vision. This doesn't stop me from seeing objects or knowwing where products are. I've been using this store now for 6 years and still they don't know me and routniely get a effing security guard following me or as in the case of today 23/03, standing right effing behind me. I know where all the things I need are in the shop (until they move things) so if you think I'm doing it easy it's because I made it easy for myself. I use a 1.35m guide cane and people it doesn't mean you can't see at all to use one.

I always have a great shopping experience at Iceland in North End. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The store is well-stocked with quality products at great prices, making it a convenient place for grocery shopping. It?s always a pleasure to shop here, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Small store with friendly staff. Quite often I find it out of stock of essentials. Has a great range of frozen food you can't get any other supermarket brand. Love the Halloween range they do.

Iceland in North End hasn't changed in years. It just does the job. But even with new layout due to removal of far till it's still cluttered. Not to sure about prices now. Seems to be more expensive than it was in past.?Iceland is still one of the better supermarkets in North End.

My delivery was 10 mins past the delivery time as was between 12.30 and 2.30 but came at 2.40. was told on line that delivery would be at 2.15. I phoned as no one updated me.some of the fresh food had 2 days to be used by. Won't be using their delivery again.

Ordered a online shop last night between 10 and 12 . It turned up just after 10. Never had a issue with the online shop or instore. Staff always friendly and nothing is ever a bother.
