Shane did a fantastic job when we were re-doing our old bathroom and cloakroom. He made the process extremely easy and guided us along the way, making really sensible recommendations and it was clear that he listened to what we were saying. The 3D images really, really helped. In addition, HPS liaised with our builder really well re delivery, etc, so that side of things went very smoothly. We are delighted with both rooms and have received many compliments. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Service, nothing was ever too much trouble. Shane drew up a bathroom design for our loft extension. His knowledge of all his products was excellent, he shared options, design ideas and really went above and beyond to design a bathroom we wanted. HPS use excellent options on all aspects of bathroom furniture and fittings. We will definitely use Shane?s services and HPS again.

We received an absolutely first class service of the highest degree provided by Shane at Portsmouth HPS bathroom showroom. His knowledge of design, suppliers and stock, and attention to the finest of details was 2nd to none, and even when we kept changing our minds and asked for more advice he was never fazed and was always eager to come up with alternative ideas and suggestions.He kept us continuously updated throughout, provided us with prompt informative replies to all our emails, and nothing was too much trouble for him.Shane is the perfect example of what first class Customer Service is all about - something which many other Companies could learn from - and an absolute gentleman !

Excellent service from Shane at HPS Portsmouth, nothing was too much trouble. When we wanted to make changes all options given to help to ensure every last details was taken into account. We are delighted with how everything has turned out!! Would definitely recommend?.Also the installation engineer Barry Bishop was very professional and very helpful from start to finish.

Great after sales service from HPS - even three years after they supplied our bathroom units. Matt went more than the extra mile to source a replacement part we needed and then get it to us. I'd recommend the company without hesitation !

So pleased with my HPS bathroom - Shane?s knowledge of every product HPS stock, gave me absolute confidence in planning my bathroom and toilet. I met with Shane twice before ordering all I needed for my bathroom refit. He gave me so much information in everything I needed - the time he spent ensuring I was happy with everything before ordering. The quality of each item I bought has made such a difference to the final result of the bathroom - we have both said it?s our favourite room in the flat - I would highly recommend HPS - they offer low, mid and high spec products - Shane is efficient and polite - great communication when products were delivered. Needed a replacement plastic strip on the bottom of my shower door after my one had turned yellow with age. The guys were helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem. I can not recommend HPS enough.Thank you.

On the first visit to the showroom it was clear that the products are are of good quality and Shane is very helpful and enthusiastic.We had a modest budget for a bathroom and shower room. Shane worked hard on finding good value and was very informative, enabling us to agree an order for both to budget without compromising on quality or specification. He then immediately set about ordering and checking on delivery dates and is continuing to monitor. Excellent customer service.

We purchased our complete bathroom suite and furniture from HPS Portsmouth. On the several visits we made to the branch/showroom before we ordered the staff we encountered were always courteous and attentive.
