I can not express my gratitude enough to Helen and her team for the advice, care and support given to my 92 year old Mum and Dad. My Mum has Alzheimer?s and Helen?s advice made me consider how my Dad was coping. It was a game changer. As upto then all focus was on my Mum. I would recommend (and have) Home Instead to anyone with elderly people they care about

Working here has been life changing, providing care and support to incredible people and families alike. They really put the time into ensuring everyone is treated in the best way possible.I spent a long time looking into companies to work alongside but I've never seen anything like Home Instead, it isn't just a motto. Your care is in safe hands with the wonderful people they employ and the training is brilliant to ensure you have the tools to be the best you can be.I have family going through dementia and it's always been a condition close to my heart, I also have young children so require flexibility and they work so hard to accommodate this and ensuring that staff and clients are at the forefront of every decision made.If you've been looking for a new career or some support with your own needs or family, i couldn't recommend Home Instead Portsmouth more.

Home Instead go above and beyond! They genuinely care about their clients. As their slogan says, " To us it's personal" and it certainly is. They match their Care Professionals to their clients so it will always be the same carers visiting the client on the same days at same times of the week. This is something quite unique in the Home Care industry. Excellent!
