Excellent range of items. One of the staff Alexia-Marie notice I was struggling to decide which item to buy for my insomnia. She was incredibly helpful and her knowledge on the items shocked me. She picked out the best item for me as she listened and understood my situation. Also, her customer service couldn?t be any more better. Very friendly and very pretty!

Shop is well stocked but the staff aren't forthcoming. Probably the only Holland and Barrett I've been to where staff don't come forward to offer advice or assistance, even when they're doing nothing.

I recently visited Holland & Barrett, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The lady who assisted me (I didn?t catch her name, but she had blue hair) was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the vitamins I needed and their benefits. She was patient, answered all my questions, and really helped me understand what would work best for my health. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the visit enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my purchases. I?ll definitely be returning to this store for all my supplement needs. Highly recommended!

Generally lovely staff and advice. I must have picked a off day, or I was the off customerTrying to buy creatine tables. Unfortunately there isn't any, but the online says there is.So until someone works out you need to adjust the stock amount, you are not going to get any in.Sort it out and don't just say " well they got nicked"

I came into this store to look for a product and ask for information. CERISE acknowledged me and greeted me. I asked her for some help and she took me to the right area...From here I was want ANYONE (CEO LEVEL) to understand how EXTREMELY GOOD CERISE was ....I told her what my wife needed and the issue she is having. CERISE then informed me what is best and HOW that helped her with her past. Straight away I related to this and I felt comfortable with her information and felt ease. She informed me how each product can help and how to take, so her product knowledge is amazing.I called my wife on video call to inform what product was best and cerise waited patiently for few min. CERISE also told me other product can help and what else she done and seen that can help with my wife situation.Honestly at that point I didn't care how much the product cost ... With the level of EXCELLENT SERVICE cerise given me I would bought anything she said, because I felt like I can trust her and how her manner was.I am now writing this review as I walk out the store - not when I'm home or sat down, as I'm walking home - because I really think she deserves a gift, promotion or any incentive Holland & Barrett do. I will be putting this same review on other sites because I believe she really deserves to be recognized. I have worked in customer service all my working time and If I was a employer it would be an honor to have Cerise working for me.Outstanding service, fantastic customer service, also great product. I don't need to go elsewhere from now on... I be coming straight to this specific store for a reason now :)
