Visited today as my warning light came on to say that my front headlight had gone. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they fitted a new one while I waited. Quick and easy with great service.

I have good experiance of Halfords. In fact I opened this store in 1987 and also Managed a Halfords Superstore! I went in to purhcase an item. I went to the checkout and there was two people helping one customer at one side of the both. I say helping one was helping the other was watching. After waiting a minute to pay (there was no queue in front of me) and not getting any acknowledmenet that they would take my money. I went back and put the item back on the shelf and walked out. I will now just go to a competitor to buy now and in future. Terrible how standards have dropped so much at Halfords.

I took my bike to Halfords in Portsmouth for repairs and went to collect it the following week. Instead of bringing it to me, staff told me to go upstairs and get it myself ? no offer of help at all.
When I got home, I realised they had given me a completely different model. It looked almost identical to mine, so it was easy to miss at first, but it was still the wrong bike. I had to go all the way back to the store, and again they told me to go upstairs to fetch it. Only when I insisted did someone finally bring it down for me.
The service was unfriendly, unhelpful, and making such a basic mistake with my property is unacceptable. I won?t be returning to this store.

Me and my partner came looking for some help with our bike. George was rushed of his feet. however didn?t send us away, fixed the bike in no time at all and was a great help. Fantastic service would recommend anyone coming here.

I was having difficulty with the the correct paint / code to match my car. I was supported by Leah and Nic in the Ocean retail park to solve my issue and ensure I was able to get the correct paint. I truly appreciate the time and customer service provided.

I ordered a bicycle for my child?s birthday.
When placing the order, there was a big sign saying ?delivery within one business day.?
Today, 5 days have passed since I placed the order, and it hasn?t even left the store yet.
After contacting the store, I was informed that I have to wait up to 7 business days for the matter to be resolved.
Please avoid ordering online from this store if you want to avoid disappointment.
Never again.

Incredibly rude staff, it's almost like they are doing you a favour serving you, except this is their job. Today I asked for help from a a young man, that was clearly more a teenager based on his attitude. He even a told me like a pissed 15 year old to go away. Flabbergasted over the entire experience, will never return to this branch, as this is not the first time this is happening, and based on other reviews I'm probably not the idiot here...
