“I wanted to say a massive thank you to the 2 ladies in card factory today who showed me compassion and outstanding customer service.

I left my phone in the shop and suffer from mental and physical health challenges, I was so anxious that I'd left my phone and ran back to card factory the female staff member had kindly safely put my phone to one side when I left it in the shop and it was waiting for me when I came back to the shop.

I was so relieved and overwhelmed that my phone was still there that I ended up having a panic attack.

The 2 female staff members were so kind they helped me to sit down and gave me a glass of water and Im so grateful ? ? ❤️”
