Excellent service.
Whether you're looking for new or pre-loved games, this store has a great selection and reasonable prices.
I called up to enquire about a game and the staff helped me, then put the game aside so I could collect it that day.
I would easily chose Game On over the larger retail stores

Bought a PC and was told it was all brand new parts etc, the only thing new was the gpu the board died 2 months in because it was an older board (3years old) it had dummy ram in it after being told it was all functional so lost on that aswell, complained, explained they offered to buy it back for a slightly reduced price lol old jokes, then thought I'd give em a second chance, bought a Motorola e13 from them, released 2023, so not long ago at all, the phone was super slow, would open and close apps and now they won't return it even though it's with in a week of purchasing, do not buy from this store because 75% of the crap they sell obviously isn't checked properly and then they sell it on for more then most retailers, absolutely sad and il never be buying pls tech or anything expensive from them ever again, may aswell go to cex, I don't trust ebay etc but it seems people have more luck with ranomd people then you will this store, sad that every time I've used them there's always been something up with the teck, and no the phone isn't just slow, I've compared with another and it's the phones software. They sold me a duff half running phone, DONT USE THEM GO TO A DIFFERENT SELLER

Amazing shop, they always have a good selection of games and devices/consoles in stock, they also buy games and electronics for good prices, staff are great there and are always friendly and happy to help anyway they can. Best game store ive seen... Highly recommend! ?
