I left my phone with cracked screen for replacement. First of all they have broke my speaker and charge me extra for the back screen they cracked. I paid £140.They kept my phone about a month. When I told them my speaker is not working, they took it again for "repair". I paid additional £20 and they also broke my camera... read full comment
