I was put into Inn lodge as emergency accommodation, was there for almost 4 months, The room was fine and bathroom maybe a little updating on the deco is required. But the Housekeepers done an amazing job, always friendly and respectful and nothing was to much trouble. Receptionist staff very helpful and Friendly as was the bar staff.. Room service was good, food was a hit and miss at times.. was sad I didn?t have time to say goodbye to the staff? I would totally recommend staying here? Just want to say Thank you for making a difficult stay for me a Joyable one? Thank you Janet (room 226) x

Stayed for a night at late notice got a cheap normal ensuite room was decent to be honest, worth it for a nice night away and peaceful. Decent size car park and a pub right next to it. Down the road 10mins is McDonald's n Costa n a few other places. Would recommend a stay for

We stay here alot not the best I've stayed in. But in Portsmouth it's very convenient, it has a large carpark fantastic and linked to a Green King pub what more do you want,also the beds are very good.Rooms: The rooms are OK but a bit tired needs some tlc the beds are always good

We often stay here when visiting family on a short break. Rooms suit our needs and are reasonably priced. The rooms are quiet as they back on to a golf course. Food is available from the inn attached to the hotel. Food is good, staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our stayRooms: Basic, but severed our needsFood & drinks: Food was reasonabley priced and off good quality

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful but other than that I wouldn?t stay here again. My room was very dirty especially the bathroom with black mold all over. The bath seals were all pealing away and the shower head was rusty. The tiles were fallen off around the bath. Constantly having to ask for more coffee and sugar for the room as these were not topped up once during my stay. I was staying at the hotel whilst doing night shifts so I was sleeping in the day. The hotel cleaners couldn?t have been louder if they tried right outside my door multiple mornings waking me up. Wouldn?t not recommend this hotel at all.Rooms: Very dirty, especially the bathroom which was absolutely disgusting condition.

Great place to visit with family. Plenty of parking spaces, kids' ball pit, food is reasonably priced, with a good selection. However, in saying that, a lot of what we wanted to order was out of stock! The pub was clean, but the toilets were substandard. There was an overwhelming smell of damp, and 2 out of the 4 toilets were blocked.The hotel room that we stayed in seriously needed a complete renovation. Carpets were almost thread bare, under the beds were not cleaned, there were scuffs and cracks all over the walls, it is somewhere I will not be booking again in the future. Such a shame because the location is perfect.
