Now I going tell a story for you all about how the staff are this site (specifically Hollie) have saved my friends day.
It's starts with John on his way back from France on the ferry, while boarding his alternator belt breaks
After some phone calls I made here in the UK, Hollie picks up and proceeds to do absolutely everything she can to help the situation and in the end has made it so that John and his 3 year old and 7 month pregnant fiancé are able to make home another 3 hours north of Portsmouth. Hollie was patient and informative and everything we could have ever hoped for.
Hollie if your reading this, you have restored a bit of faith in humanity for me and I/we can't thank you enough.
Euro car parts, you should be proud of the staff at this site.

Miserable young lad working. Had apple ear phone in while serving. No service with a smile. Looked like he didn?t want to be there. Poor service.

Open on a Sunday 10/10. Young lad serving needed cheering up a bit about it tho. Parts got me out of a pickle for sure.

After shopping around for a new car battery found euro parts online.Only down the road from where I lived.Had three different batteries for my car varying in price staff very helpful rang them put battery to onside for me a collected.

Jamie lies and lies again, paid for next day delivery, he phones next day to say it's on order and it'll be a few days.
He refuses to answer the phone and has other staff members give out different information every time.
5 days later, promised it was being delivered the next day. No phone call, update or delivery so I visit the store to find out it had been ordered the day before and it'll be another 1 or 2 days.
Again, told by staff that Jamie is on the phone and unable to explain why a next day delivery has taken 6 days to be ordered into store all the while sat on the other side of a window you can clearly see that he is available and just sat at his desk.
Probably failing to do his job for more customers.
