ONE OF THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, IN THE NIGHT TIME... AVOID AVOID AVOID ESSO!The seller is not even coming to the window in the night time, he also ignored me even after he saw me there waiting at the window...verry rude behavior!Once i only wanted a bottle of water being verry thirsty and i was in big rush at work , but nobody came even after a lot of knocking at the window! again...avoid!It seems the Esso bought almost all the garages in Portsmouth, and now they doesn't want to pay decent salary to someone who is proper prepared with manners and also an english speaker, for this kind of job!

The most expensive fuel station and shop. The worst customer experience.Avoid them, if you can buy from somewhere else.

Petrol is so expensive here the most expensive in the whole city, and the prices go up and down like a yoyo. The so called morrisons daily is also so much more expensive than an actual morrisons supermarket. I just drive past this petrol station.

Tried to fill my car up at just gone midnight after a very long work day and had to wait at least 10 minutes for my pump to be authorised as they guy on shift wasn't at the till. I had planned on putting a full tank in however apparently there is a limit on how much you can fill after a certain time which the station doesn't mention anywhere, if I had known this at the time I would have gone somewhere else even if the price was more expensive. Really disappointed.

The bloke behind the counter, racially abused me during night payment only just because I asked for a lucozade energy drink and was given the sports cap instead of the normal one. I asked for the one I wanted and got the abuse.
