Bust a gut travelling here for an appointment, early as advised, booked well in advance as advised, but shouldn't have bothered. Couldn't actually repair phone as arranged as the parts were out of stock. They can't help the lack of parts, but letting me know this the day before apparently didn't occur to anyone. So advice to potential customers: you take pot luck.

Went into the store a few days ago with my Mum because her phone crapped out on her and nothing worked to turn it back on. We were both incredibly stressed and the people at this store were wonderfully patient with both of us.
Juned was especially helpful and reassuring and the technicians had the phone sorted in a few days so we couldn?t have asked for better service ??

Had to pop in to get my Pixel 8 repaired (pink line of doom).
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of a slight delay due to a system issue at Google's end.
I was advised to not expect the phone back same day so I could go about my day without hanging around.
Phone back the next day no waiting no fuss, highly recommend these guys they will look after you :)

Completely useless. Booked my phone in for a battery replacement through Apple, as they're an authorised repairer. First visit I was turned away because I hadn't turned Find My iPhone off, which they told me was needed. I couldn't do this there because of Apple's "Stolen Device Protection", which doesn't let you switch Find My iPhone off when it detects you're in an unfamiliar location. So had to go home to switch this off. Came back, but was then told they wouldn't do it because the existing battery was fitted by a non-Apple authorised repairer, and they claimed its Apple's policy not to remove third party batteries under any circumstance. Got in contact with Apple and turns out both their claims were rubbish - switching off Find My iPhone isn't required for on-site repairs and they don't have a policy prohibiting the removal of non-genuine batteries to fit genuine ones. Had to take to an Apple Store who replaced the battery no problem. Should lose their Apple authorised repairer status if they're going to refuse service for unacceptable reasons.

Kieron was so helpful today, I came in due to an issue with my old provider and phone not connecting to the internet. I had tried resolving this with my old provider who blamed the handset and I had a nightmare dealing with them. Kieron was great, he went through my options, got my phone connected to the internet again, found a plan that met my tight budget and I left as a happy EE customer. He even made the switch process super simple and ensured I could keep my number. It was great to be able to speak to a real person face to face to get everything sorted out!

Went into store this morning and gave my requirements and Kieron was A++ and sorted everything out I needed. Couldn't fault his service at all! Great addition to the EE Postmouth Team
