I have been with EE since they were T-mobile. I have never really had a problem with them either over the phone or in their stores until now. I called EE to let them know that there was something wrong with my Zfold 4 screen. They made an appointment for me with this store. When I got there. The staff members were rude and just lacked customer service skills. They told me that because I had removed the screen protector that I had voided my Samsung phone warranty . THIS was NOT TRUE. I had looked on Samsung's policy, and they specifically mentioned that it did not void the warranty. However, this store refused to listen to me or the EE customer services agent I had called when in the store regarding this. this store attempted to charge me a further £660 to have my screen replaced and told me that this was due to the screen and minor scratches on the spine of my phone. when I got in touch with Samsung. Theyreplaced the screen free of charge without issue or mentioning the screen protector. I DO believe that they are trying to make money by lying to customers. PLEASE CHECK OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE PAYING WHAT THEY ASK.

Don't get a repair here! Went in for a screen protector replacement at 10:30 finally got my phone back at 16:00 and had to wipe it

I?ve been with ee ever since they took over orange mobile . I went into shop to ask about up grade . Very unhelpful and crazy expensive, didn?t feel like they cared ?????. So I went to Vodaphone and got a fantastic deal with iPhone 14 pro . And they were far more friendly and went out their way to help . EE iPhone 14 pro £72 pmVodaphone 14 pro £52 pm

I went in to get the screen replaced on my Pixel 6, they told me that due to google policy, I would have to replace the rest of the external casing of the phone (because there was some wear on the sides). This bumped the cost of the repair from £160 to £550, with no option to just replace the screen because of google warranty. Since then I have sent my phone directly to google to replace the screen and they have not mentioned anything about this policy and upon inspection are only charging me for the screen to be replaced.Maybe it was a simple misunderstanding but this just felt like price gouging. Make sure to check your options before agreeing to this sort of thing!

I went into ee today as my new phone which was only 4 days old had a really poor battery life. After waiting for an hour i was told that I would have to return later and he said an exchange or change of product would be OK. When we returned later in the day I was told the manager was on his lunch and would be 30 mins. After waiting this time the same member of staff came out as earlier (who wasn't the manager). He said that we would have to return to the Weymouth branch where we bought it, which wasn't possible as on holiday! He said he could do us an exchange as goodwill gesture. My partner did go through the terms and conditions on the back of the receipt to which the member of staff got quite heated then walked away. We asked to see the manager on a number of occasions to which we were told he was in a meeting and couldn't come out. Eventually the member of staff said, after 75 minutes in store that I would have to return tomorrow to sort out the exchange as my partner wasn't happy. I explained that I was the customer and I was happy with an exchange which he said he could not do. I was told on a few occasions that there was no cooling off period, but when I rang ee the customer services told me I could do a 30 day exchange or a 14 day cooling off period and couldn't explain why the store didn't make this clear or give me the contact numbers of who to ring. A very rude and abrupt Member of staff who wasn't willing to help a customer out or go out of their way to find a solution. Basically blaming me that I hadn't done my research on battery lives of phones.

The chap who served me was fine but the other members of staff one was chewing gum and as well as the other members of staff were trying to talk to the one who was serving me I am not impressed if that's the way the staff are trained and act I would not recommend anyone going there

Poor knowledge of EE / BT products on offer.Order cancelled without notifying me, leaving me without broadband for 2 weeks. Called EE customer services and I was specifically advised to do future business on the phone as shops and regional managers can be luck of the draw.Will not be returning here.

I do not recommend I went to exchange the internet for a cheaper one, and your company will charm me for two internets for bt and ee. I don't want to. give me back the money or contact me I am waiting for an answer as soon as possible and a refund of my 900 pounds!!!

I went in as my Google pixel 7pro had a faulty screen. Ee are Google authorised repairer's and I was expecting this to be covered under it's warranty.The phone was immaculate and the screen started to malfunction after it had been on charge overnight. I was advised that the screen was malfunctioning due to damage caused by me, it wasn't covered under the warranty and would cost £180 to rectify.I knew this was incorrect so I sent the phone to Google, they confirmed that the screen was covered under the warranty, they repaired the phone and returned it to me.Bottom line, don't trust their advice regarding warranty repairs. They wasted my time and tried to charge me for repairs that were covered under the manufacturers warranty.
