Sadly not as great a dealer as I first thought. Initially had chats with Kerry and did a deal for a car which I was happy with. Picked up the car and still good.I love the car but there have been some issues:Firstly on the collection day I did not get the invoice for the sale, MOT certificate or the document for the service they did. She said this would be emailed. That was end of November 2023 and after chasing weekly until now I have given up. I downloaded the MOT certificate. How difficult could it be?Secondly and much more worrying is that they did an MOT prior to me getting the car. Initially it failed and one of the failures was a bulge in the offside front tyre.After about 6 weeks/600 miles I happened to look down when getting into the car and there was a bulge in the offside front tyre.I immediately sent photos and an email to Kerry who said she was looking at it. I chased and chased.In the meantime I had to get a replacement. This tyre was a Yokohama whereas the other 3 were Pirelli. The bad tyre was also older than the other 3 and according to Kwik Fit had no way only done 600 miles. They did a full report which I forwarded to Kerry and received zero response. So I am £150 out of pocket.So thats the story, buy at your peril. I have reported them to both Trading Standards and DVSA so will see if anything happens.

I have had the car less than 8 weeks and I've had to spend over £228 so far. 2 of the fault were serious and dangerous faults. Clutch dampner is leaking, and needs more costs to fix it. Brakes are binding, despite supposedly fixing these after the mot failed the first time. Low battery charge, buckled wheel and A list of 14 plus faults from my mechanic. Warranty never materialised nor did the MOT certificate. My mechanic said the car is not worth the money. Tried ringing, no answers. Avoid at all costs.

Brought a car and have had nothing but trouble. Kerry promised the earth but failed to deliver. Ended up always chasing her on the phone, she would always say she would call me back but never did. Ended up having to use various phones in order to get hold of her as she knew my number and would never answer.Had a 3 month warranty and never got sent the details. Wouldn't recommend. Customer service is shocking.

I brought a car off Kerry. She said she needed to keep the service history just so she could make a copy and would send it all by post later in the week. 6 months later she is ignoring my messages and just won't respond. I would not recommend.

Avoid this place!!Brought a vehicle from Kerry - to eventually have nothing but trouble with vehicle. Not to mention upon part exchanging my old car she proceeded to sell on the old vehicle to another trader without changing my name - ultimately having the new trader driving a vehicle i no longer own in my name racking up parking tickets, speeding tickets, no tax, no insurance and no MOT.Many times ive been asking for the old chassis number to get a logbook for old vehicle sent so i can change the name. And Kerry does nothing to help. She then sent the logbook for the new vehicle to someone else and put that vehicle IN THE WRONG name.Whenever i contact i get nothing back.This has now been ongoing since DECEMBER 2021!!Id avoid even bothering to look at the vehicles she has!!! Such a bad awful place to trade with!!! Biggest regret I've had!!

Went to view a ford focus advertised as excellent condition got there and was in very poor condition waste of time.Regarding your replyMy expectations were set by your advert saying it was in good condition is an outright lie as there is scratches all over the place. The front grill is broken at the bottom, dent in the A-pillar, rear bumper damaged, drivers rear door rubber insecure and that's just a quick look very disappointed.
