I was away from my home and had run out of my medication.Phoned my doctor's and requested a one off prescription to be collected from this pharmacist.I set aside half an hour to collect my prescription.This is how long it takes at the two Boots i usually use,both now shut down due to incompetence.Turned up at this pharmacist and met by a smiling and helpful person.I left with my prescription in less than one minute.Totally amazing service.Well done to the management and most importantly the kind person who served me.Gave her surname as White.

Don?t bother going by their opening times. Close when they feel like it. Turned up before they closed and got nothing but a lairy attitude from one of the girls that work here.If you say 19:30 is when you close don?t close early and say it?s my fault for not being here earlier.

Sunday 17th Dec a friend living in Bedhampton urgently required pain relief for a very painful neck.Surprise surprise all the local chemist that where open Sun'DAY' all closed at 4 p/m. that then meant I had to drive all the way to Fareham 9 9 10 miles away to get a supply of, over the counter pain relief. This is rediculous & totally unacceptable. It really does annoy me when these chemist, like to paint themself's as community chemist's that serve the community. When in fact they don't. Because they fail to serve the community on a Sunday after 4 p/m & sometimes even weekdays when they don't stay open until 10 p/m. To me it's the llyods chemist effect, footfall & profits. In the eyes of the chemist's owners, whom ever they maybe.If there is not enough profit in staying open after 4 p/m, they will just shut up shop and go home. Sort it out Drayton prime, your not llyods any longer. And please enlighten me on what the 'prime' in your name actually means.The moral of this story is, if you require an over the counter medicine from a chemist after 4 p/m on a Sunday. Then don't live in the Havant, Bedhampton or Drayton area's. Because you'll have to travel 25 minutes + to get the medication you require.

Extremely bad service and rude manager(lady). My husband picked up my prescription before we were going on holidays and when we got on holidays I opened my antibiotics was very surprised- there was no expiry date , not on the packaging not on the pills, no leaflet. When I went back to pharmacy after our holidays the manager was extremely rude and said that I can google the medication and read the leaflet that way and that they don?t keep out of date medication and even if it was out of date medicine you course is only 5 days so you will be fine. She just wrote an expiry date like out of her date on the package. I am not even sure if it?s legal. Since new owners came in it?s very unpleasant experience all the time. Staff looks very unprofessional, wearing a jacketsa behinde the tills, eating when serving. So whole family changed our pharmacy amd never be back again. And everyone please check ypur expiry date with this pharmacy

Always received good service from this Pharmacy, but not today.GP prescribed Ear drops(for extremely bad earache) for my daughter. It was prescribed yesterday at 3pm, went to the pharmacy and they said that the drops will have to be ordered and should be ready for collection @12 pm today...Went there at 5pm, initially they asked me to wait for it to be prepared. After waiting 10 mts the staff told me that they can't supply it... gave me a paper script to get the medication from a different pharmacy( Another day for that pharmacy to order the medication). Looks like my poor 8 year old will have to suffer the pain for another day?.A proper apology would have helped...

GP mentioned there was a supply issue with requested medication however I never seem to have any issues with Drayton Pharmacy who always provide an excellent service. Thank you

Excellent service. This pharmacy know their stuff! Tried several other pharmacies for a prescription. They all said they'd have to order it in. Drayton Prime said that the item can be bought over the counter under a different name! The emergency prescription was the generic name! I was out til midnight last night trying to get this item! Thank you for being switched on and helpful and also for answering your phone!

Always a Professional Service by Aunty and the team who navigate through the challenge of ever changing medication in the pill box scheme. Without the support of this service managing my husband's medicine for Alzheimer's and associated issues, means I can rest assured he is well looked after. Bless Aunty she cares is on the ball when it comes to her clients and definitely goes the extra mile.As is my experience with all the staff at this pharmacy. Thank you for all your hard work in my opinion you are unsung heroes in a dog eat dog world.

Very knowledgeable and lovely helpful staff. Our prescription is always ready when we go to collect it and never have any missing items. We prefer to collect our prescriptions from this chemist even though we live five miles away.Ten out of ten for customer service.

Excellent service today when my prescription hadn?t been sent across in time for the bank holiday weekend. Provided advice about how to get emergency medication and after a call to 111 I left with the medication I needed. Thank you!

4th pharmacy I visited in the area to obtain a prescription and only Drayton Prime had it in stock. Great customer service and an obviously wide availability of the medication. Would recommend.
