On March 12th we went into Currys to buy aiPhone 15 Pro.After speaking with what seemed to me to be the person responsible for the telephone section (was busy with other customers) still he call another colleague, And that's where everything gets strange... there were around 10 employees who were super happy to do nothing and make jokes among themselves. After 20 minutes of waiting, my wife and I decided to leave. I feel sorry for the person who was serving the other customers, I could see he was embarrassed by the situation

Lots of staff on shop floor 1 on the till and had to wait along with other shoppers a long time for someone to help and to serve. Frustrating. Also, the sales assistant was very pushy for me to purchase extras to go with my purchase even when I said I didn't want too he felt the need to carry in asking me.

?Mo? your customer service was ZERO! ???Possibly the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. We walked up to the desk and the assistant just stared at us. We were not greeted with a ?hello? or ?how can I help?? When we spoke and told him that we were here to collect our item, he simply walked away with without saying a word. He then returned with the item and told us we should have a code (which was the first time he spoke!) We looked at our emails and couldn?t find anything. When we stopped searching and told him that we couldn?t find it on our confirmation email, he then replied ?I?ve only just sent it now?. Why didn?t he say that in the first place?! Such a lack of communication and courtesy. It is clear that Curry?s do NOT train their staff in any way with regards to customer service. We were not even furnished with the bare minimum of a simple ?hello? or ?thank you?. On leaving I bluntly commended him on his fantastic professionalism and engagement - again he looked blankly at us but this time he wore a smirk on his face! Unbelievable! His name was ?Mo? we feel ?Mo? needs to brought up to speed in common courtesy. Not at all good enough I?m afraid ?. We certainly will not be back and I intend to spread the word!

I recently visited Currys in Portsmouth after seeing an advertisement for a printer at a discounted price. Excited about the deal, I went to the store to purchase the printer, only to be told that the advertised price was wrong.While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of action taken to rectify the error. The staff did not remove the mistake or offer any assistance in resolving the issue, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled.I believe that as a customer, I should be able to trust the advertised prices and expect the store to honor them, or at least provide some level of customer service when discrepancies arise. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Currys in Portsmouth.Overall, my experience at Currys was disappointing, and I hope that they will take steps to improve their advertising accuracy and customer service in the future.

I cannot believe how bad this branch of Currys is. The customer service is non existent, the staff knowledge is zero. It is like walking in to a scene from the walking dead, brainless zombies wandering around huddling in corners.Avoid unless you want to be disappointed

Looking to make a purchase, however the item was not in stock.No information given as to when this could be expected to be available. A shame, considering as I was considering in purchasing a remarkable 2 today.

Stood at the checkout counter for 5 mins with plenty of staff around ignoring me and the customer in front of me (and two more behind). I had to go and speak to someone to ask if we could actually get served. Finally when I got to ask for what I wanted (they have cards rather than the physical item)...it wasn't even in stock. Despite MULTIPLE cards being out to show it being in stock. Absolutely useless.
