It is 15.30, the cafe closes at 5. No iced drinks available and staff neglecting the queue of customers to clean and put chairs up. Understandable if closing in 30 mins- but not 5. Made for a very harangued and unpleasant environment with customers leaving and not ordering.

Dropped in this morning and it was a lovely surprise to see the new manager Ashley. She used to be at the branch on Commercial Road, Portsmouth, which is our regular haunt. Always can rely on her team to give an excellent service. Our drinks were made to perfection and it was rather special that our preferences were remembered.... read full comment
