every time i come in, the young girls are having private conversations at the till. the service is awful. i always order large and the last two weeks have been given a medium but charged for a large. and twice they have forgotten my order and double checked then gone back to their conversation. every Saturday morning, and they have forgotten to ask if i want anything on my hot chocolate. the service needs sorting out badly,

As like all Costa Coffees tables are never very clean nor are the toilets but staff in this one are always pleasant

Further to a previous review about a competitor, this was an overall better luncheon. Food was nice although expensive for what it is, again drinks expensive especially the black americano. This is the only Costa I have been to where the food has not been delivered to the table. Staff super friendly. Would recommend for a
