Weekly visitor to Costa Palmerston Rd. Staff are always nice and friendly whatever day I go in but particularly Merci and I think Craig on a Sunday morning are so friendly, welcoming, professional, you feel you are being greeted by friends.A credit to Costa, I hope they will get some acknowledgement from their Boss's.
Costa products lovely, tasty always of a high standard and love the reward scheme.

Had a really nice coffee and hot chocolates. The children's baby chino was nice a cool for my son which is good ment he could enjoy it with us and not have to wait for it to cool down.

Friendly and fast service. Coffee was piping hot and was just how I like it. Atmosphere was a little roudy with no background or ambient music. Apart from this, great experience just like you'd expect from any Costa Coffee.

Coffee is great. However, staff leave many tabled dirty and not cleared for a long time even though they are not busy.
