“Went to MB Gunwharf for Black Friday. Fantastic range of well priced gift sets. Staff were so professional and helpful. Was greeted at the door, by who I now know to be the manager Sophie, with a chocolate. Was helped in store by Melanie and Hannah who were both outstanding and very happy and friendly. Definitely the best molton brown store I have been too and I’ve been to quite a few.”

Knowledgable about the products and made the whole shopping experience a delight. “I didn't know the pharmacy and advice area was closed for lunch for 45 mins so there was a wait of 30 mins but the staff when back on duty were very helpful. The pharmacy was short on a few things which you don't expect with Boots. My rating is closer to 3 1/2 based on my experience on the day.”
“Boots is a well known shop in the UK without doubt. In most stores, you will find pharmacy service. I have visited the shops in different counties several time these few months. Their staff is helpful. However some shops the internal 'environment' (decorations) is dated (or the maintenance job is properly done).Recently I went to a shop for eye drop for tackling minor infection. When I told the staff I had tried the one that it is displayed and would like to try other one, the staff told me of the infection does not completely cured then I should see a GP. She is very polite and her suggestion is reasonable. Yet it is a very different experience from the place I come from (an Asia city). We would have st least score of choices of almost all nonprescription medicine. But only few dispensaries will provide pharmacy service. Nevertheless I wonder if this is logical (not reasonable) to just keep a single product unless all other brands the ingredients are exactly same.Sometimes I found some products are out if stock in the shelves. This gives a not-so-good image od the store management. Nevertheless this may be due to short of manpower. Also this may be the reason of closing the store for lunch break; to me (again being as a non local and with little experience in biz) this is an 'amazing' arrangement. :). Anyway, Boots staff is helpful.”

“Kim is an asset to this store. Had issues with my prescription and as I was in Portsmouth attending a graduation for the day, I needed it sent there (rather than the usual Reading). Herself and the pharmacist faced a system error and a fax machine problem but they eventually managed to receive it from my surgery. They were in constant contact with me through the whole thing. Brilliant customer service and an asset to the company.”
“To whom this may concern,Today we visited your store for my son who has had problematic skin since I can remember, and your new staff member Sharralee spent time with me advising on the best products (and asking the store manager just to make sure, who by the way, is also fantastic and I think he's amazing!), but not only was her customer service fantastic but also her interaction with my son. She made sure he felt welcome, showed him various things in the shop and included him. He's only 3 and isn't often seen and I couldn't genuinely say enough praise for her.I think it's really important to recognise outstanding customer service and I truly couldn't have asked for anything more.
