Even on a very hot and busy day the staff were still in an upbeat mood and made everyone's drinks with great timing. Very friendly atmosphere and delicious coffee.

We went in for a coffee and got excellent service. We enjoyed the coffee so much we bought a bag of coffee beans home.

Terrible ordered a frappe and got a glass of milk asked for more syrup and it made no difference. Same price as Costa so just go there instead!

The atmosphere of the place is great, but so was the food and coffee. They do variety of food and same with coffee types.

Coffee 1 Southsea, The internet have issues for the last 2 years, no one bother to report it to get it fixed. I have informed the staffs more than 7 times , nothing have been changed the WiFi still has issues, keep cutting and can not surf. I will not return to this place.

Nice cafe on Palmerston road. Has a decent selection of sandwiches and wraps etc. Also a good selection of sweet treats. Coffee is decent but not spectacular. There is plenty of seating and a good variety. I see a good amount of people working in here but there?s also lots of people socialising and hanging out.

Good food, great surroundings with plenty of light. Yum. Could have been more chicken in the panini, but decent quality bread and nice cake.

The options for vegan cake are good. The only letdown is a few members of staff who think by constantly talking to other members of staff whilst serving customers and not acknowledging customers whilst handing over their order. I have noticed this a lot and what it is. They tend to ask what you would like, again whilst talking to members of staff nonstop, you go then and wait at the other end for your order, they are still chatting away. They give you your order whilst still talking away. The customer says thank you, with no acknowledging customers with your welcome. Instead, they are all constantly chatting away like we are not there. Rather rude and very unprofessional. IF I was a mystery shopper, they would have failed miserably. The worst member of staff is a bloke who is normally always there.

A good size coffee shop with plenty of seating that sell a wide range of hot and cold beverages as well as tasty looking snacks and cakes, I ordered a large cappuccino with the last slice of my favourite biscotti cheesecake from the friendly server who then made my drink to perfection, however I couldn't eat the cheesecake as it was warm and rubbery with a sour aftertaste to it, very disappointing.
