Decent shop, what can I say. Shelves looked very filled up. Staff friendly and welcoming. Only downside is that this shop gets targeted with high numbers of thefts.

Post office opens when it wants , we aren?t open today but maybe open tomorrow? lol
Staff are all very rude and uninterested in any kind of customer service apart from one gentleman who is always polite and chatty .
I avoid at all costs now

Don't use this co-op if you want to use the Pay Point. Only 1 staff member is trained on it, so you're leaving it up luck if that individual is in. Wasted my time.

They sell a good range of foods for a corner/local shop. Because there I'd only 1 till, there can be a queue and then I use the self service check out as there are 3. Shame, they don't have another working till. Post Office should be kept to the back so you get faster service.

The most unreliable post office that I have ever had to visit, operational hours change as they please, redirected parcel cannot be collected because there is no one trained in store to operate it until 3pm on a weekday with typical closing time at 5pm.
Total waste of time travelling here time after time with complete unpredictability of the operating hours.
Store itself on the other hand seems to keep to the opening hours. Time for Royal Mail to find a new outlet in Baffins.

Poor customer service when going in to use the postal service which is meant to be opened till half 5 no one there and when asking to get a single stamp all the stuff member could say was it wasn't his fault think that it a poor excuse to keep repeating that over and over. No point in having it there and never seems to be any staff in the post office waste of space.

Shop not doing enough to deter crime and anti social behaviour. Co-op management should take the safety of its staff and its role in the community more seriously and do more. My understanding that co-op didn?t provided a single representative to the baffins anti social community meeting with the police last week. A few week ago a man was injured at this store and the glass door was smashed in. Until I either see a security guard at the store or notice crime dropping I won?t be shopping here.

My partner called up to see if the post office was open, upon doing so an older man told her it was closed and it should be open tomorrow morning at 7 as long as they have the staff, When looking at the website it said the post office was open until 10pm when saying this, he said -it all depends what staff are trained and what staff are here - I was in there the other week and thought that all the staff were all trained up, I am very disappointed to say the least.
