2 star review based purely off multiple experiences witnessing a manager/senior position employee behaving so unprofessionally by acting like a bully to other staff on several ocassions, berating them way beyond what is deemed necessary in front of customers leading them to appear very uncomfortable including myself. The rest of the staff are very polite, welcoming and hard working, whereas this individual (Simon) needs to learn about respect.

I just had the worse experience in this shop with a very rude employee.. my autistic son noticed something new in the shop and touched it as he likes to touch new things.. the response from this lady was to shout at my son and be very rude to me when I asked her to have some manners when speaking to myself and my child. Her response was ? I did say please? in customer service you need to learn how to speak to customers and the tone in which u are doing so.. if you had proceed

She also said ? well I didn?t know he was autistic and I said please.. you shouldn?t have to know a child is autistic to speak to them with respect. He is a 5 yr old child. You were rude and the way you handled it with ur mannerisms and tone in ur voice was disgusting. My 8 yr old daughter even said that?s not very nice to speak to him like that. If my 8 yr old daughter can notice your rudeness and you can?t then u shouldn?t be working behind a counter. My son was asked by myself to not touch and I explained it was part of self serve.. however you continued to raise ur voice and be disgusting. U even shook your head and laughed at me when I asked u to use ur manners.. I will be writing into your area manager to advise how rude and unprofessional you were. Shame on you.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming and some good bargains to be had. Plenty of room between the aisles so easy to get my wheelchair round.

This is my local store and it?s staffed by extremely helpful people they are always friendly and go that extra mile to make sure you get everything you need , thanks guys you have been wonderful throughout the whole corona nightmare x
