Yet again I was very disappointed with the lack of respect by staff who just shoved my goods in a bag with no care for my stuff I paid for, I find this disrespectful. Your staff need training on how to pack the customer's items in the bag. NOT HAPPY

This is our local shop. As mentioned in one of my previous feeds, the only shop in Northern Parade Hilsea area. The shop is very busy and almost claustrophobic!!
Has a lot of stock that is missing from the shelves. There are many reasons for this as it's not a very secure site!! .
I have witnessed shoplifting on many occasions, as nothing seems to be done about it.!! I also know some of the staff there very well. Looks like they cannot do much about the shoplifting??
Store itself is pricey as it's a convenience store. If you have a Co op card you can get some decent bargains.

The manager is an absolute wet blanket accused me of routinely bringing my puppy in and refused to serve me until I pointed out its the first time I've ever taken her out of the house so couldn't have been me i received no apology or nothing just more of an attitude to be honest definitely go else where just over priced convenience thats hardley stocked and slow staff anyways

Always seem to be half empty, never anything fresh on the shelves. staff are chatty though

Went to this shop as usual on my way to work, @06.05 was amazed to see shop shut with shutter down.I will no longer use this shop totally unreliable. If its states open every day 06.00 to 22.00 then it should open, simples.

Tiny shop with a very small range of products, constantly running out of products that the customers need and want, I would always recommend you try looking for somewhere else to do your shopping.

I went there around 19.00 and it was closed. There was work Maintenance going ahead ! There's a checkout process going on, not sure what is going on! Misleading information for saying open when it's closed due to Maintenance!
