Staff are 1st Class !! Helpfull with a smile , London Rd / Kingston Rd . been with lalys for 30yrs + . Wouldn't go anywhere else as I have a complicated mix of medications forever changing. My tray is at London Road on time . If there is the slightest problem staff will contact their hub fawcett road branch and resolve any issue . Keep the good work going . I really appreciate you all.

I?m angry on behalf of my elderly mother about the poor service due to transition from city pharmacy to Lalys. I have called 3 times without success. My mum is 93 and has been waiting 11days now for a prescription delivery . Surely such delays then create additional burden for NHS GPs as people call the surgery to follow up or chase. When we call Lalys we are just fobbed off and told you have to wait. Fortunately this prescription is not critical to sustaining life! Why accept surgery e prescriptions if you don?t have the IT systems to accommodate them

*without prejudice*To my knowledge Contraceptive pills are Free in the UK.However this pharmacy has been charging for them. Some bright spark has been putting price stickers on them and selling them. Train your staff before you let them loose on the public.Go elsewhere.

Iam absolutely disgusted by this pharmacy who were surpose to deliver my disabled sister her tablets and insulin on Thursday however my elderly mother called them to ask if medication could be delivered Friday as they had a hospital appointment on the Thursday which the chemist agreed. After waiting in all day Friday no sign of the medication. My mother call the pharmacy on Tuesday and asked for the medication to be delivered next day however she was told that she could not tell them when to deliver the medication to which my disabled sister has to relie on to keep her alive . The driver did deliver the next day and told mother that he would not be delivering to her anymore as she was out of their catchment area ? . My mother has used this pharmacy for years so why all of a sudden is she out if their so called catchment area ??? . The pharmacy even stooped so low that they got their delivery driver to inform my mother and did not have the dencenty to tell my mother themselves. . I have reported the pharmacy to the NHS and also to the General Pharmaceutical Council for leaving a disable vulnerable adult and a elderly lady not be able to have their medication delivered due to the unprofessional attitude of the pharmacy.

The staff are really polite and helpful it does get busy at times but that can't be helped because of covid when you walk in there they have a hand pump to protect your self and other

Incompetent! gave me wrong medication after paying for it and would not exchange unless I paid again.
