The staff behaviour was not good. I went to buy a MacBook and the girl there told me I could only look from outside the shop. I saw two MacBooks on display, selected them, and asked her to show me so I could test them. She brought both to the counter and said I could only use one at a time while the other stayed with her. I agreed. She then gave me one laptop and followed me under the camera, asking me where I wanted to use it.
When I pressed the power button, the laptop had no battery. The same happened with the other one. On top of that, the prices were £200 to £300 higher than usual, and they had not even bothered to charge the MacBooks. They expected customers to just look at the devices and buy them without testing. They also would not provide the proper model numbers, only labeling them as things like ?MacBook 12? or ?MacBook 6.? What does that even mean?

Very good service. Couple DVDs had a couple of scratches but they used the disc cleaner without me having to push for it. Very polite and friendly staff

Edit: The customer service has improved. Again, they didn't have what I went there for. However, the customer service was pleasant. Also, I was able to get the item from the Gosport Cex store. Overall good experience.
