Things used to be great but since the pandemic, the atmosphere began to change. I think it's particularly because the energy prices started to bite.A word of advice for anyone who needs to use Cash Converters to pawn or sell possessions. If you want to remain stuck in poverty, stay in Portsmouth. If not, get the hell out. Generally speaking, Portsmouth is a pretty vicious place, with few opportunities. If you never get off Portsea Island because poverty is keeping you trapped there, you won't even be aware of it. You deserve better. You deserve more than misery. I wish things were different but I don't expect much improvement in Portsmouth any time much soon.

I had a bad set of circumstances forcing me to put a push bike in buy back, I dealt with a man called Mike and he was supportive all the way through, explained everything spot on and took the time to notify me of a safety issue with said bike and took extra time out to fix this for me! Can't stress enough how decent all the workers in there are, thanks guys, keep doing what your doing! ?

Waited 10 minutes to buy a phone spoke to 2 members of staff eventually gave up and purchased a similar phone from cash generator who staff were helpful and attentive. I know where I will go from now on.

Went in Friday and bought a watch which had multiple dials to tell the time on, when I got home and set it up only realised that only one worked so returned it and was told that it had four batteries in it and all had been replaced and now should work perfectly. So I set it up and drove for day out with family. Upon checking the watch still two of the dials still didn?t work so to it back for a refund. But later I went into the jewellery shop where they had said that they had replaced the batteries only to find out that only one had been replaced ! So basically lied too. Will think again about purchasing from there again.

Excellent service, came in to get a phone, wasn?t too sure what one to get but got brilliant advice and help from a very knowledgeable member of staff, Paul. Very welcoming and friendly staff, the store looks great, so clean and tidy :) great experience, would definitely shop here again, thank you very much!
